It was just the kind of display of originality we expect from Brighton – handmade, hand designed and vintage gifts and seriously good homemade cakes and chocolate. And it was wonderful to see skills and tips being shared through workshops so people could learn something new.

As a local magazine we love to include all of the best events the city has to offer, and The Fairy Tale Fair certainly falls into this category! With more than just stalls, the Fairy Tale Fair is a great day out; with crafty workshops, performers and a vintage style tearoom it is easy to spend the whole day keeping the family happy in the friendly and imaginative atmosphere of the fair.

I thought that the last fair was brilliant! The decor was fantastic with beautiful pompoms, fairy lights and some lovely stalls all selling gorgeous items. The cakes in tea shop were some of the best cakes I’ve ever seen, they were pieces of art on their own. There was a lovely vibe in the room from customers and stall holders!

So much more than a craft fair! As a stall holder and as a visitor previously I absolutely love The Fairy Tale fair, I have done two so far and I hope to be back again and again, I had a fab day both times.
